Oh my gosh last week was INSANE, so I totally forgot to post my weigh in so here:
8/3/15
Current: 278.2
Gain: .8
8/10/15
Current: 276.2
Loss: 2
Phew it’s been pretty insane last week as I took over a central support role for our sites hosting the Global Leadership Summit. However I did learn A TON! Tonight is graduation night for the interns (myself included), it’s definitely a bittersweet moment but I’m excited to see where God is leading me.
I’ve been exploring more options with foods, however I really need to stay away from those oh-so-delicious carbs. I need to refocus on my 1/2 cup and stay the course. Now that I’m hoping to have a regular schedule I’m planning more workouts and that’s actually pretty exciting. What’s a great arm toning workout? Nothing gimmicky because oh man my upper arms are so gross to me.
In other news I bought a dress (online) for a friend’s wedding that’s coming up in 3 weeks (EEKK!!) and it’s a size 16. Say what?!?!?!?! It’s snug but not in a bad way and it makes me feel amazing so if I really plug away these next 3 weeks I’ll be a champ in that dress and feel amazing with a handsome fellow on my arm. Cannot wait!

I highly recommend Fitnessblender.com. They have over 450 free workout videos and it’s really well organized so you can search for something for every body part and every level. It’s basically like a free personal trainer in your living room.

I should have added, they have some great quick ones for arms that I did awhile back and they worked well. Then I let myself get lazy and stuffed my face. Lol. But I’ll be going back once I’m released by the surgeon for full activity.
