After walking 3 miles on Friday and 11 miles (YES ELEVEN) on Saturday I am SO thrilled with the loss. 27.2 pounds until I hit onederland. That’s my first goal just to hit 199. I’ve made up my mind to reach it by November 5 (celebrating my birthday early with some of my closest friends). It seems a do-able goal just have to stay focused.

Dusting myself off and getting back on track. I am not stopping.
