You’d think after spending time kayaking and walking over 9 miles each day this weekend I’d lose a little bit more than that. Oh well. I’m bummed but what can I do? I picked up some new workout gear so I can hit the gym or trails, or something. I have to do SOMETHING. I just want to see 199. I want my weight to start with a one, doesn’t seem like that’s too much to ask for now does it? Ugh.
So I’ve started following Matt Diaz on social media, this guy is my hero. I wish I had a fraction of the confidence and rawness that he does. I highly recommend checking him out.
