Just a super quick update as I need to finish packing before leaving tonight, I’m headed over to Illinois for some work training. Should be a great learning experience. I’m SUPER happy I lost, wish it was a little more especially after trekking 6+ miles with the boyfriend on Saturday but it’s a loss and I will take it!
I still find myself grazing a bit so I’m trying to really think about why I’m eating. Am I actually hungry or is this an emotional thing? Definitely something I need to work on.
