Well it’s a start right? So as most of you know my “mini” goal is to hit 199, so that means I need to shed 35.4 pounds. I’m wondering if going back to basics (only eating 3/4c at a meal, high proteins, low carb, etc) will help jump everything. I figure at this point it can’t really hurt huh?

My adorable boyfriend has been working out every morning before work and eating super healthy had dropped 10 pounds. I’m very proud of him yet kind of want to kick him in the shin at the same time ha. I think I just need to take my frustrations out at the gym and really refocus on myself. I’m letting myself slip back into old habits and I need to stop that slippery slope.
