So not a great way to kick off February but at the same time it’s February 1st, so I am starting fresh. I’m excited for what the future holds, I have a couple of major trips on the horizon and it’s definitely pushed me to WANT to start working out again. Crazy when there’s a goal huh? Maybe that’s what I need to help keep me motivated, some type of goal. Then once I’ve hit that goal, find a new one so I can just keep pushing forward.
