Well I suppose spending the weekend (technically since Thursday) traveling and living out of hotels will do that to a person. I’m bummed but I’m not going to beat myself up about it. I’ll just do better this week. It’s all we can do, right?
I’m dusting myself off and refocusing on myself – it’s actually one of my resolutions. Truly focus on myself because I’m letting old habits creep back in and that is not okay.
Today I went back to taking measurements and pictures (once a month). Once I hear what the podiatrist is going to do with my hurting foot, I’m headed back to the gym.
