Chugging along, slowly but surely. This week I’m going back to basics, really focusing on protein, limit my carbs (yes there are good carbs however I have not been consuming those), and really upping my workout regime.
My 15 year high school reunion is coming up around early October, I’ve decided that by that time I want to be a size 16. Should be pretty do-able as I’m almost there now.
Okay so goals:
Size 16 by the first part of October
Mini goal – To hit 250 pounds
Big goal – To hit 199
Time to get back to basics.
