Oh I hope this isn’t the start of a stall! Honestly though I don’t think it is, I’ve been eating a lot of “snacky” foods – baked pretzels, baked pasta chips, etc. oh and grazing in between meals. SNAP OUT OF IT! Gosh. So I’m dusting myself off, not beating myself up – let’s face it everyday isn’t going to be a dream, and creating better choices this week.

It’s a Monday and I”m feeling it, bit of the Monday blahs I suppose.
