Two weeks with 5 pound loses, woohoo!
So I’ve really realized that on the days I’m in the office, I need to push my fluid intake because I get pretty dehydrated and then it makes for a miserable next few days. Also I tweaked my neck/shoulder muscles on my right side so working out is going to be a bit of a challenge but I’m not giving up.
It’s a crazy busy week for me with appointments for my mom, intern things, a band staying here, and of course Easter. But I just have to remember that it is OKAY to focus on my own well being.
