I’m struggling. I feel like the weight should be coming off more at a time and it’s not. I plan on stepping up my workouts and strength training because I’m not really happy with the results. I literally had my insides rearranged. Since surgery I’ve lost around 26 pounds (in 7 weeks, so roughly 3.7 pounds a week), I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem right.
Surgery support group is tonight, looking forward to it, hopefully I can gain some insight from some of the people there.
