I’m pleased with that, although honestly I feel like I should losing more each week. Perhaps that will change since I started going to the gym. This morning I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and felt pretty good. Since I started the liquid diet on 12/29/14 I’ve lost 30.2 pounds so I can’t complain about that. Now that I’m feeling more “normal” I’m hoping to make the gym a routine and really start dropping the weight.

Tomorrow I head back into the office which I’m excited for, I love the people I work with.
